What to expect

The first appointment is an opportunity for you to decide whether you would like to work with me, and for me to get to know you a little. There is no obligation to commit to further sessions if I’m not a good fit for you.

I offer both long and short-term counselling and EMDR.

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes, while EMDR sessions last for an hour. Sessions take place on the same day and at the same time each week.

Fees

Fees per session are as follows:

Counselling: £65

EMDR: £85

I am Bupa registered.

Location

My practice is situated in Hillcourt Road, SE22 (East Dulwich). It is served by the P13 or local buses which stop on Forest Hill Road, Barry Road, Wood Vale or Lordship Lane, all of which are a short walk away.

The practice is easily accessible from local areas including Dulwich Village, Herne HIll, Peckham, Nunhead, Honor Oak, Forest Hill or Brockley. There are no parking restrictions outside the practice.
